Do I always have to keep my computer on to keep my radio online?
It’s not necessary. All of our streaming plans include 24/7 automation – when you are not streaming, the station will run on auto-pilot. You just need to upload music.

Do I need a music license?
We do not provide music licensing with our servers.

Will I get a web page for my radio station?
Yes. All stations hosted with us get a radio station page with a stream player and widgets embedded.

Can I see statistics for my radio station?
Yes, you can do so in the control panel.

Can I change my hosting plan?
Yes, please see Modifying or upgrading your account.

What happens if I exceed my monthly data transfer limit? Do you charge fees when I exceed my data transfer limit?
